I had a panic thinking the bank had not paid my direct debit, so without any information I came on the 24/7 chat and typed a message. She helped find my policy and let me know I had paid but was still insured. A few moments for peace of mind she swiftly find out what was going on. AS2 I felt I was talking to a real person. I was arranging insurance for a friend who has had throat surgery and can't use the phone. The operator was very sympathetic and understood the situation, waiting while I verified details with my friend. I was grateful to her for her patience and friendliness. After being in hold for nearly an hour I finally got through to a customer service agent. I was then told that I had for some reason gone through to the wrong department and was again placed on hold. After waiting a further fifteen minutes I had to hang up as nobody would answer. I then had to call back and was once again on hold this time for a further twenty minutes. I spoke to an agent yesterday (19/06) and another agent today, and they were both very helpful and polite, and dealt with my queries quickly and efficiently. I did wait slightly longer yesterday before I reached her, but on both occasions it wasn't a long wait, maybe 3 minutes. The recorded messages had started to become a little bit boring. I am still not able to print out the Certificate of Insurance or the Schedule, and yet the back 3 pages print OK… Read Full Review
