It was a pleasure to deal with the agent, I don't know what I would have done otherwise! She was extremely helpful in sorting my problem with the renewal of my car insurance for the next year. The only downside online to try to renew my insurance was it just told me a mistake had been made with the tolal, that's when I went to chat, and she sorted it all for me!! I telephoned for some guidance on a problem that I encountered. The advice was very good but the length of the call was horrendous. I telephoned from work and only had half an hours break. I seemed to be on the phone for a lot longer than that. The staff member I talked to was very nice and very polite. She had to put me on hold a couple of times and apologised for the length of time that I had to hold on! I called today after receiving a letter telling me my insurance was on the 14 day cancellation list. I spoke to jd9 who advised that all the information was in fact received and the letter was sent in error by one call. I requested that I receive a letter to assure me that my insurance policy was not cancelled to be told that I would receive this within the next 2 days to my email address. From day one this company has been the pits. I have had car insurance for 30 years and I can honestly say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It is a nightmare the contact them, they increase premiums willy nilly, charge you for everything under the sun. At the start I called to cancel because of all the hassle, I was told it would cost me £200 to do so. I have now sold my vehicle, I call them to cancel and am told it will cost me £55 to do so. I have been insured with One call for a few years now, very happy with the service, I think I just picked a bad night to call last night as I was held in a queue of 28 and when I tried Live Chat there were no agents available.
