I went on holiday in January 2006. I took out the Insure & Go standard insurance policy, and also extra insurance to cover my laptop (computer). While checking out on my last day I lost my bag containing my laptop, camera and a Satellite Navigation system. When we arrived at the airport, I noticed t ...

My Mother died suddenly and unexpectedly, and we had to get back 4 days in to our holiday. The compensation we have received from insure and Go Travel insurance accounts for approximately 10% of our holiday cost, which is completely unacceptable.

I got myself a travel insurance policy with Insure and Go because I was in a hurry, and this was the first to come up on Google. It was a 2 weeks European cover. I even did an "add-on" for personal property because the default cover does not cover property.

I lost my glasses in the sea off the no ...

I took out single trip insurance with Insure & Go for a snowboarding holiday this time last year. Half way through the holiday I was injured and had to be taken to an Italian hospital, which was over an hour away from the resort. I got in touch with the medical team at Insure and Go and firstly ask ...

I had to cancel a holiday after the death of my wife's brother. I am having problems getting my money back from Insure and Go Travel Insurance. They have been very unhelpful. I sent in the death certificate as required, but was then told it wasn't proof that he has died. This is now causing grief an ...

Insure&go offered us a brilliant low cost quote, with more cover than others were quoting. Excellent service they don't penalise you for most pre-existing conditions such as diabetes, will be using them again for this years transatlantic holiday.

I made a claim to Insure & Go after being delayed for over 24 hours on a flight from New York to Edinburgh. I was told the delay was only 15 hours and received £20. This company failed to read the flight details correctly and I wrote to inform them again. That was three weeks ago and I am stil ...

I purchased a single trip cover for august 2004. Insure and Go Travel Insurance charged £40.00 for the cover and £1.00 for postage and packing. To this day I still have not received my certificate in the post, despite writing to them and to Superdrug (the company advertising their insur ...
