I have recently bought a car from Welcome Car Finance Wakefield Branch. I thought the service I received was excellent I have no complaints at all. I got the car I wanted and the finance package I was after. I am now driving around in a better newer car. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Never ever. Rude staff at the Liverpool branch, they couldn't find us what we wanted despite promising us the earth on the phone to get us there then stalled us leaving for over an hour holding back my hubbys licence and proof of id while they "made further calls". Never ever again.

Not recommended find other proper dealers or go to manufacturers get better rate from them if not its a big stress and most of all they don't bother for their customers.
This is taking advantage of people not helping people at all.
