This would be a good fit if they provided to serviced issues that come up. We started with them over a year ago. I should of ran when we started we had issue with the startup and setup. We were told be fixed in 24-48 hours nothing or very little if ever was fixed. But we stayed with them thinking once it was going there should be no problem as we were use incoming only. Things were OK until past April which the system stopped sending e-mail of call in voicemail to our e-mail. After many e-mails to tech support and many calls to tech support, a total waste of time. We keep being told it was our problem. I did checking we changed email address no luck. We were about to move to a new service when in late June we started to get emails voice messages we were told it was there problem. Well a week ago the same problem started again I called and was promised would be fixed in 24 to 48 hours. Never fixed we have moved to a new provider. I wasted way to much time with Onesute. We moved to callcentric.com I cannot tell the difference in quality of service and support very happy we moved will never have anything to do with onesuite again. Also onesuite help our porting of our number we had to pay a extra $20.00 to allow our number to be ported to Callcentric, and we had a balance on the account we were promised to get that back but as of today 8-11-2020 no refund. We were promised back 7-24-2020 that we would get a refund. They say one thing and never get done as you can see in my waiting for a refund.

onesuite.com service does not work and I have missed most incoming calls. Yet onesuite still took my money anyway and never fixed the problems with their service! STAY AWAY FROM onesuite.com!

My friend recommended Onesuite a couple of years ago and it worked just fine. I even had trouble getting through their line at times, that I had trust issues with their reliability. My friend even has problems with the service recently when he can't make any calls from his home. BUT!!!! The past week, I had problems with my calls not being picked up. I talked to one of their people and I got frustrated with her, as if she didn't know what was saying, but hence, she stayed on the line with me, not being upset with me, and she was so patient and kind. We ended the call and said she will make sure she report it to the highest technical person they have. And she called me back first thing in the morning and the problem is gone!! Really helpful customer service!!!!!!!

This company charges you calls you were not connected. For example, you don't hear any signal for a few min. then you hung up. They charge you for the call. Or even the call you can't hear the other party, they charge you, etc. They will refund if the call is less than a min. They will NEVER refund you if such unsuccessful calls. The connection to contact the customer service is terrible: you can hardly hear them. They will never get back to you. I would NEVER use them again.

This guys are rip-off..they charge my account 3 times and reduced my months to less than half--but they said it was correct..when you pay them they will, never credit them.. They are very abusive their licence should be canceled to do business in usa..they are thugs,cheates,looters..PLEASE COMPLAINS TO FTC, ATTORNEYGENERAL OFFICE IF YOU HAVE SIMILAR ISSUES.. I AM ASKING THIS SITE TO CONTACT THEM AND ASK THEM TO REFUND MONEY..PLEASE!!

Tried to open an account, added money, could not log in. Contacted onesuite, and was told there was some sort of mysterious problem with my credit card (although it turned out my card was, indeed, charged). Was asked to provide a copy of my drivers license (!) as proof of identity, raising rather significant alarm bells. Have now withdrawn my account.

I've been using ONESUITE for a year now. It's always up and working, very dependable, best value out there for voice and fax. My entire company now uses ONESUITE.

Calling with OneSuite has been very easy. You can call from your cell phone, land line, or use a software phone which could be installed on your computer. I learned about OneSuite last year when I was on vacation and someone recommended it for calling back home. They said the rates are great. Signed up for an account and have been using it for all my international calls ever since.
Their apps for making international calls are pretty useful, too. Just learned about it the other day...

I am rating this company only as a fax service provider (and cannot speak about the phone service). My experience is similar to another reviewer. The customer support or service for fax is terrible. The sign-up process is a bit tedious and you might end up waiting 2-days for your account to be setup. 2 days! That's like we're in the dark ages. So I put in $10, wait 2 days and my account is actually setup.
Their OSFX platform isn't particularly user friendly and it is computer intensive. So I load my documents and try to send a fax. After the lengthy process, I thought; finally I can send a fax. When I send the fax, it says its success, but several seconds later a message comes back with failure to deliver. I try again and same thing. So it seems there's going to more before I can have a fax sent...

I tried to sign up with Onesuite with $10. I filled all the forms, entered my credit card number, and clicked submit.
Instead of a confirmation page, I was returned to the form page with a notice that they had refused my credit card.
I immediately called my cc company to see why I was being refused. They told me they hadn't refused anybody but that a company called Onesuite had just charged me ten dollars.
I thanked them and went to Onesuite and filled out a support form. I was promised a reply within 24-48 hours. It's been past 48 hours and I haven't heard a word from them.
So now I have no account, no support, and am out ten dollars. I will have to challenge the charge in my next billing cycle which is a PITA.
For people who this service works, great. But for those who it doesn't...beware!

I have used Onesuite's service for years, have found it reliable, and the call quality good. I've also provided my son at college an easy way to call home when he wants - "an encouragement to call home"!
Right now I use this service mainly for making calls to Japan - and at 3.5 cents/min its cheap - $10 goes A LONG WAYS! This is an excellent way to call overseas.

My family is always looking for ways to save. We grew up and taught to give importance to even small things. So when I moved and got relocated because my work I needed something cheap but reliable to call my family back home. Searching the net gave me tons of results so I started narrowing down my choices and end up with Onesuite.
One thing I like about it is its pay as you go system. You can add money to your accout for as little as $10 and calls/minutes will be deducted as you make your calls. You don't pay any fees other than your actual calls so you don't pay anything if you dont call even for a month.

Overall I like the ease of use by having a speed dial list and being able to register the phones I call from so I don't have to enter my PIN.

I just signed up for about a week with Onesuite and so far I am liking it. I only put $10 just in case but now I think I'll add more. Can not really say anything except I like the way they have prepaid phone card and voip service combined and you can choose what to use or which one best suits the situation. Now when ever I'm online I make calls using their voip service. If I'm not online or out then I use their prepaid phone card service, either way it saves me money.

New Onesuite user here but so far I am very much satisfied with the quality of my calls and the rates I am getting with their services. Savings is the number one reason I opt for a prepaid phone card service versus using my phone provider long distance service.
The savings are just incredible, Onesuite rates are most of the time 1/3 less or even half of what I'm used to getting from my phone provider. The only I regret was why I haven ' t found about Onesuite much earlier but on the other hand if my friend didn't recommend Onesuite to me then I'm still paying high rates for my long distance calls until today.
The other thing unique about Onesuite is they got around the clock customer support whether by email or by phone. So you can give them a call even during wee hours of the morning or late at night when you got something to ask or need some help about anything on their products.
Also you can use your computer to make calls. I know I'll be using this on my laptop the next time I travel out of the country and don't want to use my cell phone internationally. I also plan on using this everytime my anytime minutes run low on my cell (which is the last week of just about every month).

Onesuite has been very reliable since I started using it a few months ago. Most of the time I can connect on my first dial and quality is good too.
What I like most with Onesuite is their 24/7 customer support and their online access feature on your account. It means you can check, see, ask anything about your account without having to wait for the next day compare with email support.
Quality is at par with more expensive prepaid cards plus it has voip feature that comes handy sometimes.

Overall Onesuite will give your money's worth and some more. You won't be needing a separate provider for voip or a fax to email service because Onesuite has both of them.
I must say you can always find another provider with cheaper rates but not as good as Onesuite lines or a 24/7 live customer support.

I was hesitant to sign up for another long distance service since I have gotten the shaft from so many that promised wonderful rates and good service. Onesuite has not disappointed so far. I have only used it less than a dozen of times in 2 weeks but they gave me what I expected. My calls to India and U.K. have been clear and cheap. I recommend them definitely.

I was just turned on to Onesuite early this year through an expat friend of mine from the U.K. Three quarters of my family live in South America and my phone bills have been astronomical. It was getting the point where I was having to decide between paying my phone bill or paying my electric bill. Not good. Anyhow, on good faith in my friend I opened my account with Onesuite with a meagre $20 thinking if I didn't like it or was dissatisfied in any way I wouldn't be out much. Well, let's just say I've never seen a $20 go so far. I've made at least five or six calls, each of which amounted to a minimum of 30 minutes a piece and I've still got about $11 in my account. Unfreakinbelievable. These guys are all good in my book.

Update. I found a phone number and called tech support. They assured me that I wouldn't be billed for any of the aborted sign-up attempts. They asked me to wait 24 hours before trying again.
