Yes, I signed up, and I was reassured that my Windows 2000 system would be compatible.
The router arrived, activation date passed and I installed the CD, with the end message... there were connection problems. I called SKY, and I was on the line for more than 1 hour, which will not be cheap!!! Bu ...

Like most reviews on the Review Centre site, no one was connected to their "reliable Sky broadband" when promised they would be. Sky Broadband is much cheaper than my Telewest service. After reading these comments I called and was told I would have to wait to speak to someone. It does sound too good to be true, and it seems like it is.

I was with Telewest Broadband for approximately 1 year before switching, which was a big mistake - someone hand me a pistol. Not once did I have any issues with the broadband service from Telewest. Not once did I have to call their support line. In fact never. The TV service is not the best, but hey ...

After receiving a mail shot through the post and constantly seeing the Sky Broadband advert, we decided to pay up, as we have been paying quite a lot on AOL.
