I never write reviews, ever. No matter how bad the service has been I have always found a positive that has in some way justified the negative. Until now.

After 2 1/2 months of being with Orange Broadband I have finally cracked. After a long delayed arrival of the live box, they then progressed ...

Having been with Freeserve / Wanadoo for over 4 years with no problems at all, I was disappointed to find out that I was now an Orange customer. We live in a rural area and can't get more than 576kbs, so being told I was being upgraded by Orange proved to be a bit of a fib! Lots of phone calls to ...

Tech support is the worst I have ever had. I had a lost connection, and to be honest I could do a better job myself. I spent 2 hours on the phone, of which 1 hour was on hold. That's it! I am off to try someone else. Make way Virgin Net - one more migration!

I have recommended people to orange. G ...

I have been without my Orange broadband internet service for almost a month now. I'm currently using dial-up to get on and deal with urgent matters, but my broadband, since receiving an email letting me know I'll be upgraded to 8Mbps, has gone down. Due to a PPP Server problem, I cannot use my broad ...

I have been with Freeserve/Wanadoo/Orange for years going from dial-up to broadband. Up to now I have been reasonably pleased. However, about a month ago I was upgraded to 2.2mbps from 1.1 and then all my problems started. Basically I lost my broadband connection. Initially Orange blamed BT and then ...

I lived happily with Wanadoo and formerly Freeserve, then the dreaded Orange came along. No connection, no help and no refund. That about sums up the experience for me.

After 2 years with Wanadoo, now that they are orange, The service is rubbish, I have been disconnected for nearly 2 weeks and I keep on getting the run a round by the technicians. All I get are excuses that they cannot connect their systems to my phone to find the fault. They have blamed BT, LLU (?? ...

Have now cancelled my subscription and moved to BT. Orange had serious problems with upgrading their lines. These resulted in us losing Broadband for nearly six weeks. Internet is full of people with similar stories. After the initial dropout, I phoned the helplines repeatedly, and I was given v ...

Orange Broadband. What can I start with?

    Ordering/Upgrading :
I joined Orange as Wanadoo 2 years ago on the £17.99 a month package with a USB modem and 1Mbps Speed.

The joining process went perfectly, and a week later the broadband was active. I already had a modem, but they come withi ...

I was originally with Freeserve which transferred to Wanadoo and then Orange. On 13th July, Orange stated there would be a small bit of outage whilst they upgraded their broadband service. My broadband has not worked properly ever since (i.e. for over a month). It is impossible to get hold of any cu ...
