Wife and I flew roundtrip JFK to Naples 6/7/08. We were meeting other family there and flight times worked. Not familiar w/Eurofly but found on internet. Also, best price I could find. After reading reviews I was nervous but I made the arrangements late so not many choices unless willing to pay Hund ...

Food is too horrible. My husband and I were hungry during the trip. Thank goodness our plane didn't get delayed, because I have 9 months old baby. My baby didn't get a basinet, which I think we should deserve since we paid 70% of adult price for her ticket. They handle our luggage poorly. Our strol ...

Flight GJ 957 was supposed to depart JFK at 9:45pm Sunday, October 21, 2007. The fight did not leave until 3am, Monday, October 22, 2007. The staff did not and/or could not provide definitive answers for why the flight was experiencing such great delays. Furthermore, only a $15 meal voucher was pr ...

Best things in life are not for free, and if they come cheap, they are usually rubbish! Eurofly is the WORST ariline I ever flied with. My flight from Rome to New York was 3 hours late. Then we have to wait another 30 minutes in the tube before borading. My video entertainment was broken, so no tv f ...

Our flight from JFK to Naples left at 4 AM, nearly 6 hours late. There was no EuroFly staff at the gate to provide updates or explanations for the delay. We circled the Naples airport for over a half an hour and were then informed that the plane could not land because of high winds. We were diver ...

I've only flown on Eurofly twice, but on the first occasion our flight was delayed 4 1/2 hours and then delayed again after it was diverted from Naples to Rome. We waiting in Rome for nearly 2 hours (with no direction from anyone at Eurofly) for buses to take us to Naples.....arrived at our destina ...

I would never ever fly this airline again. I found them rude and discourteous and there was no direction whatsoever. This is the worst airline I have ever flown in my life. They left us stranded in airport for 48 hours with 3 children ages 3-4 and a 6 month old. Too many bad things to list.

If someone offers you a free flight on EuroFly, don't take it. The plane was filthy and hot. The mirror had duct tape to hold it together, as did a portion of the cabin. When I asked for a second glass of wine, I was told they 'ran out'. When my friend asked for a pillow, he was told the airline had ...

Eurofly was the only airline that had a reasonably priced direct flight from New York to Rome. All other airlines were either too expensive or the connections were too close for comfort, especially on an international flight. I found Eurofly to be better than I expected. The flight to Rome and back ...

If you have a connecting flight like I had from Naples to Catania, Eurofly in NY will not give you a boarding pass for you next leg of your trip like every other airlines would do. That goes too for the return when I flew Catania to Rome and connecting to JFK.

Overall it could be a better airline ...
