I ordered a contract phone 3 days ago and now still waiting because my phone was out of stock, one staff told me new stocks should arrive by yesterday while another one told me it hadn't arrived yet.

Their website promise they "will" inform you if there are any problems but they never called me ...

Here's a copy of my email to OFCOM. If you're thinking of using this Company, don't at the moment until they clean up their act. Excuses of technical difficulties and security issues just won't wash. AVOID!

I have been waiting for three months for cashback from Mobile Shop, with the reason being that they cannot confirm bank details in their database. I offered to re-send my bank details, but they are not interested.

My daughter set up the deal with mobileshop.com for the cashback deal. So far we have only received one payment, at the beginning of the year. Her vouchers for February and April are still not paid with the standard response to any emails received by mobileshop.com saying they are having problems. T ...

Been waiting since February for cash back so I have reported this company to OFCOM. Although OFCOM won't get involved in individual claims they will investigate the company as a whole if enough people complain.

Supposed to have been a problem before my first cashback (February) which is now resolved but long back-log due to all claims being handled individually for security! What garbage, an online company that cannot resolve security or other issues after 6 months!

I feel like reporting this company to www.ofcom.org.uk so that they will investigate this company. If we all do that, the department should be able to have reasonable excuse to investigate. I would certainly NOT recommend this company to anyone.

The equipment supplied was as advertised.
But the deal was based on 4 cashback payments.
Only two were ever made.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I bought two phones in 2005 with no problem in receiving cashback on time.
I bought two more phones in 2006 and cashbacks have dried up completely.

Don't go through this company, I would rather pay more than have the hassle of dealing with them!
