Mobile Shop keep offering vouchers as there have been 'technical difficulties' with paying cashback. Odd that they know the value of the vouchers, but not how much cashback I am owed. Their 'technical difficulties' seem to have been going on for months judging by the results of a quick search.

I have only received one cash back payment so far (out of a total of 6 payments to be claimed) and the second one is due within the next 60 days. They are very quick and efficient at confirming receipt of claim and processing of payment but ...after waiting approx 90 days (they say payment within 6 ...

I have had both phones for almost a year now. Mobileshop.com have mailed me each time to acknowledge my cash back payments are due. But as yet I have received nothing but excuses and no money. If you are contemplating using this company, perhaps it would be wise to read through some of the mountain ...

Disgusting - i've been waiting months for cashback with automated email response to my queries. Just keep offering me vouchers, which I don't want. should not be allowed to trade - STILL offering cash back deals in spite of all their "technical difficulties" honoring existing customers.

Cashback just hasn't materialised. My 12 months in now up with Mobile Shop, and I wouldn't even THINK of going back to them. I have received 2 Argos cards, which should account for 4 of the 12 months owed - I say should, as I have yet to take them to a store.

Mobileshop.com are very very quick in signing you up to their services, and even in delivering your new phone. They make out that you are getting a very good deal, and if they followed through with it, it would be a good deal. But try claiming cashback from them and you will struggle! I waited over ...

I'm now waiting for cash back due March, May and July 2007. Maybe to that has to be added 2 more due October 2007 but they are technically only just due. They blame technical problem but offer Argos vouchers immediately. So why not the cash that they contracted to pay?

Mobile Shop claim to pay cash back within 60 days of receipt, well the 1st couple were 120 days and the 3rd is now over 125 days, have had to threaten them with small claims court.
