I think mobileshop's cash back system was good, but not any more now. Since this year, the cash back constantly delay longer and longer.
I really doubt that computer failure is only an excuse. The true problem may be much serious.

First cash back payment was well over a month late. E-mails were ignored and customer service said they couldn't help with cash back problems. Eventually threatened to go to trading standards and got an e-mail reply saying they were experiencing problems but if I excepted my cash back in Argos vouch ...

Cash back system not working. Waited 2 months for cash back now told it could be some weeks before I get it. Would not recommend this company.

Cash back is offered as part of the Mobile Shop contract, but these payments don't ever get made. No effort is made to tell you about their 'system problems' until you chase them up, but you still don't get your money. It's impossible to get through on the phone, and replies to emails are very unh ...

I am now in contact with trading standards who have provided information on the way forward Mobileshop.com are currently trading under at least four names from their current addresses.
Orange have not been very helpful at all in resolving this dispute their attitude being shut up and keep on paying ...

Cashback non-existence. Called the customer support line and was directed to an email address instead. Upon writing in to check why I have not received my cash back claims after 60 days. I was told that they are experiencing system failure, an excuse if you ask me, whose system fails for more than 6 ...

Not a good cashback system. Mobileshop have to compensate customers for every single day delay of every claim. In the case of computer problem, you should inform customer on the promised date at least, not after customers contact you, and use that as an excuse!

They are definitely one of the best in Online Mobile phone shops available. There so many of them out there and you don't know whom to trust especially when it comes to Cashback and customer/after sale services. I did my research and went for Mobileshop. And I don't regret it a bit. Excellent servic ...
