Had a PRIORITY package sent to me (in the UK) by TNT from the Netherlands. Website boasts that it takes 2-4 business days, well, 8 business days later I am still waiting, even after the 45 Euro postage bill for 'Priority' service. We love TNT! We have had on time delivery to out customers at 100%!
The systems part such as 'my tnt' are friendly to use and the a/c reps that called or phoned to see all is ok are great.
You get the right confirmation/booking ref. numbers and I always feel they want to do more for you.

Personally I think that TNT offer a unqiue 'service on demand' with good delivery times. They will come to you or you can go to them. There is a 24 hour service if you need it. An advantage for businesses.

The prices are acceptable and lower than some similar competitors.

The delivery staff are good, but the account reps are poor. This service will be ideal for those who send multiple packages often to the same address.

My goods were damaged in transit. Customer service non-existent and they were very unhelpful. There was no offer of any compensation for the replaced goods; not even refund from TNT of the delivery charge.

Overall, TNT offer an excellent parcel delivery service service. They are also cheap, reliable and fast! I have never had a problem or anything to complain about. Good stuff!
