Everything Business Post do is extremely poor. Usual story: waiting around for the 8 - 6 time slot, only for the parcel not to arrive. Incompetent, these people destroyed the parcel sent to me so completely they refuse to even let me see it.
They will not compensate me or the sender,

Someone should explain to Business post, what next day delivery is supposed to mean. I order a lot of stuff on the Internet and usually the delivery times are satisfactory especially with Royal mail.

Business Post Ltd have an admin credit control dept where nobody speaks English to a level that can be construed as audible. You find yourself checking every delivery they do through the invoices that arrive after you receive a stop warning. When you speak to anyone they pass you on to someone else. ...
