    Business Post Ltd are beyond appaling. The company I ordered from charged me £7 for day delivery, using Business Post.     Business Post Ltd claims to be a delivery company. They should deliver. Not late, and certainly not with lazy service. They have no regard for the customer.

    Bring back the Ice Age, if this is the best Business Post can do. On multiple occasions I have received packages from them that were either a) LATE b) SERIOUSLY DAMAGED c) DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! d) I WAS TOLD THEY WERE UNABLE TO DELIVER A PACKAGE TO MY APT...WHEN I LIVE IN A HOUSE :- ...

    I have order items from Vonage and sent my delivery via City-Link. I received an Email from Vonage giving me delivery consignment number .     Over the past four months we have made over a hundred phone calls to Business Post trying to sort out a billing issue where they keep overcharging us. We have to check every invoice and every line item every month. They have NEVER billed us an invoice correctly.

    Business Post could not find a simple address. After 2 attempts with 2 different drivers. we are not that hard to find.These guys are very poor and have kept me on hold for 20 miutes with no answer.
