We bought ticket online with right passenger name. On the receipt in the return email, the name was right too. However, when we arrived at the airport, the passenger's first name got totally wrong. According to the check-in manager, it was this agent who gave the wrong name. We contacted this agent multiple times. Every time, we needed to wait about 10 minutes. i have made 23 trips from the us to asia the last 5 with Band T travel and they are the best in price and customer service way better the my bank 's customer service i will use them for every great company and you can tell when you need to make an unexpeted change they are right there every step of the way.... We found the best price on roundtrip tickets for our family for transatlantic flight at Best Travel Store. The website was very well done and incredibly easy to use. We booked with them. The best was yet to come! We received an email from them that there had been an itinerary change by the airline. I bought a ticket then I cancelled it, beside the fact that they charged me 350 $ for cancellation, they expected me to confirm the cancellation in order to get a refund. The funny part is...THEY NEVER ASKED ME FOR THAT CONFORMATION. I knew about it a month later when I was worried about the delay..I have to wait 6 weeks to get my refund....and oh..their customer service person (Lilian) hung the phone on me after saying that they have only one supervisor and she is not in. I booked an airfare through this company and had problems with the airline through no fault of the agency. Cecilia, one of the customer service team worked diligently with me to resolve the issue. It's nice to know that you have real people that truly cares advocating on your behalf.

We booked our European vacation through Best Travel Store, last year, mainly due to the price beating offer. Also, our friends have used their services for years and were very satisfied. During our vacation my wife had an emergency medical procedure, and we had to prolong our stay for additional treatment and recuperation. I got the best price after comparing several agencies/websites.
Customer service was excellent, replying to my emails very promptly, answering questions adequately and showing some human touch and understanding in the whole process. This is related to a refund request to an unused portion of our tickets due to a medical emergency...we had to return to the U.S. immediately.

Have purchased two flights from this online travel agency, both at different times. The first time, I didnt need to contact customer service at all, the process was very smooth. The flight was even 30% cheaper than other online travel agency.
The second time, I had to contact customer service via email and the experience I must say was excellent in my book. They replied and solve the issue quickly. The customer service rep that assisted me with the issue I had with flight was professional... (read more)

Ordered tickets for a 1 connection trip to France and through no fault of BST got a notice of denied charge from Chase for the credit card charge. When I received e-tickets, I was concerned as credit card company confirmed via phone (from somewhere other than the US, on a poor connection - I did for a minute think I was talking to "Peggy") that the charge had been denied and could not be reinstated.
