FFFFFF..This is the worst service I have ever had with the most unprofessional people. I booked a ticked through many issues. First, right after i booked the ticked I called customer service to confirm and I realized how they lack courtesy, professionalism, and customer service caliber. We are replying to the below review by the customer who falsely complained about poor customer service after purchasing a non-changeable airfare that did not permit him to change the return date of his trip due to airline restrictions. Instead of accepting the fact that he willingly and knowingly purchased a very restrictive airfare the customer launched a smear campaign against Best Travel Store in an effort to force us into covering the cost of purchasing a new airline ticket for his return flight, since he did not want to use the originally purchased flight date.

<br/>We received your recent complaint about you being unable to change the return flight due to airline mandated restrictions that govern your airfare purchase. On 7/14 you purchased from us the cheapest non-refundable and non-changeable fare and you stated online that you understood and agreed with the airline mandated fare rules that state (in relevant part): "CHANGES ANY TIME CHANGES NOT PERMITTED". We wish to stress that as a travel agent we do not set or control fare rules and in fact we are one of few online agencies that provide to their customers comprehensive airline specified fare rules that make the airline ticket purchase as transparent as possible, without any hidden fees with the intent of "tricking" their customers, as you falsely imply. When customers fail to read the fare rules, despite being required to do so by our online purchase process, we are not able to waive the airline requirements. In fact you called the airline yourself and learned that the fare you purchased was indeed non-changeable and the airline was not able to assist you in the matter either. Therefore our customer service performed no better or worse than the airline's customer service - we both told you exactly the same thing, that your fare is non-changeable. We regret that you chose to file your grievance through the Better Business Bureau and by filing a very negative and false review on the Internet. We are being forced to reply accordingly. We are always willing to go the extra mile our customers when we are able to do so. For this reason our agents asked you yesterday if you could provide to us medical documents that could demonstrate to the airline that you needed to postpone your return due to passenger or relative sickness. Unfortunately, we did not receive any such document for your side. When customers willingly and knowingly purchase the cheapest and most restrictive fares, where airlines themselves prohibit any changes, and when passengers are not willing or able to provide us with medical papers demonstrating a family emergency, we are powerless in trying to obtain itinerary changes in violation of airline rules. We hope this letter is helpful in explaining your matter.

Booked a ticket to Bangkok, 30% cheaper than anywhere else after lots of HARD shopping. Called Delta, my e-ticket is 100% good, & it even qualifies for frequent flyer miles! There are 2 stops each way, and since I absolutely LOVE the sensation of a jet aircraft's powerful take-off acceleration into the sky (better than ANY roller coaster!), this is exactly what I wanted. I bought tickets with Best Travel Store twice without any problems. I like that that let me pick my seats, request special meals and enter my mileage numbers. They also added a cool feature recently that lets you manage your trip online, including cancelling or changing your flight itinerary without wasting time on the phone with their agents. FFFF... I booked a flight with them in March 2010 for August 2010, they sent me an e-ticket,when I went to airport and they told me that my ticket does not have itinerary!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!
I booked a ticket online for Sunday morning, now it's Friday night and I still have got no ticket. Called them twice and they promised I will get the ticket today, I got nothing. Tomorrow they are open only for 3 hours and on Sunday they are closed. This site is an absolute night mare. Please avoid it! I rarely write reviews but this one I couldn't avoid. Do not do the same mistake I did.

If you have to fly real soon, DO NOT TRUST BTS. They promise you cheap thickets and make you to wait and loose all other opportunities to find a decent thicket. That is exactly what they did to me. They promised the lowest price, and I called them 3 times. this is what happened i booked a flight from bt in feb 2009 to cairo egypt from sacramento for my wedding...well low and behold there was a bombing in cairo and i had purchased insurance also with my flight.. well i could not get back to the airport in time to catch the only plane leaving out which was bt midlands flight and bt store would not honor my insurance said i never paid for it .. I don't understand why people seem to think bt-store.com is a scam; I've used their site before and they've never asked for private information excepting what is expected. I like and trust them. They have low prices and a safe and secure system. :)
They aren't necessarily the cheapest around, so if you're looking for the all-time cheapest flight, shop around a little more before choosing them; however, for straight-forward service with few extra hoops to leap through, I will personally stick… Read Full Review

I made a reservation today with the Best Travel Store for my husband and me, and in putting in the names, inadvertantly put in my grandson's first name instead of my husband. I discovered the mistake when my e-ticket arrived in my e-mail. When I called to change the first name, I expected to have to pay a penalty for the change, but since I had made the reservation today, they allowed me to make the change without any penalty. I have booked many flights through BT-Store before. This type of agency is different. I would not recommend booking airlines tickets less than 3 months in advance. The more advanced the time is, the better. Let's say it's March now and you plan on going to Hong Kong during High season in December. Look ahead of time. If your thinking of getting tickets for last minute, go somewhere else.

This company is the worst travel agency I have ever worked with. I bought a ticket with them and paid for it. Within 24 hours they contacted me and told me that I could not get the ticket for the original fare. The new price was $200 more than the price of the original ticket. Scary--I once had something like this happen with a travel agency in NYC. Makes me worried to do business with anyone except the airlines directly now. Have you sent a report to Better Business Bureau? They are very helpful with issues like this.

I canceled a one way flight from India to New York. They've made it nearly impossible to get a refund. Apparently you need to send them a fax with your credit card information so they can charge an additional $100 for a cancelation fee, additional to the airlines cancellation fee. It would make life so much easier if they could just automatically deduct whatever from the amount they already charged on my card but now I have to pay 1oo just to get my money back. Makes no sense. I had to buy one-way tickets for an international move from Argentina to the US. This was the ONLY place that had reasonable one-way fares, directly with the airlines was just ridiculous. This is the worse service ever!!! Do NOT use this ticket agency. BTW This is not a travel agency; they only issue the tickets with not liability on their part. But they do not mention that until you have a problem

You are better off buying the ticket directly from the airline.

They do NOT have customer service at all. And, they will refer you eventually to the airline if ANY issues arise.
