Delivered quickly although 2 of the 4 items were damaged. I am still waiting for replacement items after 2 months and have made over 20 phone calls to them. They have changed or cancelled at least 4 delivery dates so I have not received these items yet.

Ordered a desk, chair and bookshelves from Furniture at Work. Took them two months to get it right. Items were delivered on wrong days, with wrong items and incomplete items. I think I paid more than any other company because of the time I spent correcting their errors.

Used them twice. First time for a desk and safe and was satisfactory. Second time I made a bad mistake using this company. My order was for nearly 900GBP.

They appear to have not followed up requests for me to be removed from their contact lists so the phone calls and mailings can stop. But they always say they will take me off the list but they never do. I have tried emailing but to no avail as of yet.
