Furniture at Work has polite customer service. Despite being polite, promised follow up never actually happened after any of my 5 phone calls. Cancelled my order following lots of delays and then being told it was out of stock for another 2 months.

Furniture at Work provide very poor service - delivery estimates do not seem to be met and they do not answer the phone or reply to Emails. Prices are good. No communication. Inaccurate delivery times

Appalling experience. It took 6 months to complete my order - I was sent the wrong furniture, repeatedly sent damaged pieces that needed replacing and took 3 weeks to arrive - some replacements were more damaged than the originals!
