Worst experience by far..... Absolutely horrible with no possible way out.
I even received the invoice before receiving the items......
Just ridiculous.

Do not ever EVER buy anything from them. I am waiting for one replacement piece of a bookcase, and it has been over a week now since I first called them. They can't even tell me if the part is in stock, or when it will arrive. I get told that a manager will call me back within 24 hrs, this was a wee ...

I ordered 2 items from Furniture at Work. One didn't arrive. I then contacted the company by phone and email many times over a month, and no one could give me an estimated delivery date.

Have never dealt with such an unethical company. Customer Service knows nothing and blame the warehouse. I have honestly never complained in my life before about a company. However furniture at work are so terrible I can hardly think of non vulgar words to describe them.

I ordered two chairs from Furniture at Work, and it was a credit card sale. They only sent one chair! Constant phone calls and e-mails failed to resolve the issue. They have not returned calls, and they are blaming non-communication on the warehouse?
