“Abysmal customer 'support'”

From what I can gather - these folks are just a front selling outlet for several producers. The cabinet I ordered came in from 'Dams'. It arrived the next day - as it was supposed to. But the next day I had the email saying it had been despatched and to expect a call from the carriers to give delivery time?? Really?? The 4 packages were all opened, and found to contain an extra shelf, and extra base, but precisely NO sides.. No instructions, and No fixings. How quaint. Call customer services, they raise a 'ticket' and you should expect a call or email within 18 hrs.. yeah, right.. Don't hold your breath. Email two days later - enquiry solved and escalated - manufacturers will despatch missing items. Expect a call / email within 18 hrs... yeah, right.. Email again two days later. It can take 7 - 10 days for them to contact you??? Why say 18 hrs then?? 7-10 days is simply too long - I need to get this project sorted and finished. "It's what they quote sir" Escalated again - I need it tomorrow or let me call them and ask when it will get here? Call us but it will take 7-10 days to get to you. I'll have my money back then. We need to collect it before that can happen How long will that be?? Yeah - you can guess.. What an utter load of dribble this firm is. Never, ever again will I be wasting my time with them.

“Poor After Sales Service”

Bought 2 office chairs and after 1 month's use, both chairs developed the same fault. Reported the problem to be told this was down to wear & tear. Advised that surely an office chair should not be showing signs of wear and tear after 1 month. They have refused to even take these back to look at. I am having to resort to a chargeback against my credit card to try and get the service they should be giving by law. I would not recommend you use them.

“Terrible service for home office desk”

Web site looked great and had stylish home office desks, not the cheapest but great choice. However they pheavily promote themselves for next day delivery but this doesn't happen. Ordered an office desk and chair last Thursday as I was home on Fridat, selected my second choice as first choice wasn't on next day delivery. CHair only arrived and was left outside front door, no one even knocked the door, but no desk. Looked at their online tracker but that showed that neither had been despatched so come 3pm rang them. I have rang them 4 times and only once have I had to wait less than 20 minutes. Was told that they didn't know what was going on it someone would call me back. No call back but got a text in the evening saying it would be delivered on Tuesday (as it was bank holiday Monday) so took the day off work to wait in for it. Again come 3pm no delivery and nothing on their website tracker so call (another 25 minutes). Told they would escalate it and someone would call me back. No call back. Received a voicemail at noon today (Wednesday) saying they are looking in to it and will let me know. Call them again a few hours later (only 15 minutes wait this time) and as usual they can't tell me anything, don't know when it will be with me and can offer no solutions. Cancelled the order and will not get those two days of my life and hours on the phone back. Very unhelpful staff each time on the phone and no service whatsoever

“Awful Customer Service”

I ordered a desk the following day I tried to track and it said my order did not exist so I rang the call centre - after holding for over 30 mins I finally got through. However after being told to hold again was promptly cut off!!! they did ring to back to assure my order would delivered the next day as it has missed the cut off. Again I went to track my order and again it said my order did not exist. The dread of ringing the call centre again was confounded as I was on hold for 45 minutes only to be told my order was now cancelled. I would not recommend this company at all I have never dealt with a company who for one keeps you on hold for such a long time and when they say the product is on a next day service do not believe them as its not true!!! I will now go elsewhere for my order and hopefully receive a better service.

“Goods not yet received”

Ordered a computer chair on 22/4/2016,as of today 16/6/2016 my chair has still not arrived. Keep Emailing customer services, only to keep getting replies that they are having difficulties in the supply chain.Still waiting for their latest excuse.

“Just TERRIBLE”

Ordered furniture with a promised delivery of today. Hasn't arrived and no communication. On hold for 45 minues then disconnected. Pointless and completely indifferent staff who clearly couldn't care less. Wouldn't be surprised if the company was operated from within the back of a van. AVOID.

“Don't order from”

Placed a next day order at start of month, still waiting on at the end of the month. Customer service have lied to me, so far they have promised callbacks, have closed online queries raised and have even assured me of a delivery date which has come and gone. If you want your items do not order from Office supermarket. If I could leave less than 1 star for them I would!

No next day delivery.no one knows where it is or when it will arrive. Google should not be promoting this company. if i dont get my refund in 7 days i will be claiming it back through google pay insurance.

“Next Day On website, Still waiting after 3 days! ”

This company is a joke. Waited over 45 mins on the phone to customer services, first time i got cut off then had to wait another 45 mins!! On the website they said NEXT DAY, im still waiting 3 days later Spoke to someone in cust service eventually and they said they couldn't help as it was shipped directly from their supplier. They had to investigate and then call me back within 4 hours!!! What an absolute Mickey Mouse Company, I will never be using this company again. I recommend to stay well clear of them!!!

“Items broken when delivered inside box”

We ordered a number of large items from this company. It took a few days to get all all the items unwrapped. The last item was a three drawer pedestal which had the top broken off and various large pieces of wood broken off. Contacted this company by phone three times before we spoke to any one, It took at least 30 minutes each time to get a response and when we got trough they refused to do an exchange of item without pictures, We took pictures only to find that the on site damaged goods form does not work so we are still not able to get this company to contact us about getting a replacement unit. will not be ordering any more goods until this is resolved by replacing the smashed unit. Very poor backup/support and impossible to contact. Harvey St Claire. Thornbury.

“Arrived late and was missing a package, no service”

This has got to be the worst company that I have dealt with. You can not speak to anybody in their customer service department. I ordered the goods 26Jan16 and my credit card was immediately billed. The company promised next day delivery for orders placed before 12:00. My order was placed around 16:00 so I expected the items 2 days later. In reality they were shipped 3 days later. So much for the next day delivery. The delivery came 14 out of 15 items. My wife signed for it and stated that there was a package missing. I tried contacting the customer services via their website and got a response saying that I would be contacted. 5 days later I am still waiting. I have tried calling their number and am stuck on hold for > 10 minutes. When I got through the woman who answered hang up on me. 5 days later I still have not way to get the missing package. I then read that If I want to return the item it will £40 per item which is not funny when you purchased 4 items.

“Avoid at all cost”

The change for next day delivery is bad, as you will NOT get next day delivery. We have cancelled the order and notified the bank to cancel the transaction. We are notifying trading standards of the lack of interest from the company to deliver on time, or at all and answering their phones seems to be something is just something in folklore. And based on the other ton of 1 stars, we are not alone with this view - this company should be shut down

“Only use if you don't want any customer service help”

Used this company to purchase two desks on a next day delivery. Desks showed up 5 days late! Trying to get through to customer service's is like pulling teeth I have been on hold for over an hour and still not got through to find out where my order is. Worst company I have ever used!

“Horrendous, horrendous, horrendous”

Well, what can I say? Three weeks after initial delivery and we are still missing all table legs! Have tried calling on numerous occasions, but after waiting on hold for 30 minutes (everytime) you lose patience. Stay well clear; they may be cheap and very helpful at point of sale, but their service after is disgraceful. Almost £4000 spent and no complete furniture. I hope others avoid using them and make them realise that business is about service.

“I ordered a new Computer chair which said it was in...”

I ordered a new Computer chair which said it was in stock,Available next day..Delivery was suppose to be next day delivery..i gave it three days and tried phone them on numerous occasions..they never answer the phone. 5 days later (not next day as stated) the chair turns up,Box was in a right state it had been banged around,there was a strap missing on the box too and the other strap had been put on that tight it had cut quite deep into the box (thankfully it didn't catch anything inside),And one of the chairs wheel stumps was sticking out the bottom of the box. While it was most likely the couriers fault here,I was not overly impressed..i got my product in the end and it was fine,But because it was late..and the condition the box was in..i wouldn't use this company again or recommend it to my friends/family. Office supermarket needs to up their game,Answer the bloody phones and change Currier service.

“Appauling”

If I could of given a zero I would of! The saga started on 29th November, we chose this company as they did next day delivery! Two days later we receive a delivery 2 desks out of 3 in wrong colour, the one that was correct was damaged & 1 out of the 2 drawer units damaged. So we received 1 drawer unit that was usable! It then took them until after Xmas to replace the order Great when the office was due to open on the 5th Dec!!! In short over the phone I was promised the earth. Eventually we settled for 2 damaged desks because they were at least the right colour! In short it has taken until today to get the damaged goods collected 11 weeks after the initial contact! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED>

“Very Poor Service”

Placed an order for an item that was advertised with a 48 hour delivery. I then queried on the day of supposed delivery where my order was as the shipping status should that this had still not been shipped. Only after I had complained was I then informed that the item would be sent some 10 days after ordering. What a complete joke. Their website is inaccurate and you would be better to use a more reputable company. Wasted a day waiting in for these idiots to deliver. Do not use them

“Do not use this company!”

Ordered a desk with three drawer pedestal on a Friday evening- advertised as available for next working day delivery (Tuesday), and a noticeboard on 48 hours delivery (Wednesday) . Emailed the company requesting delivery on the following Thursday-only an automated response received. Notice board arrived on the Tuesday! Three drawer pedestal arrived on Thursday as expected, no sign of the desk. Contacted the company Thursday evening by email- again only an automated response. Contacted the company by phone on the Friday - customer services stated they would look into the matter and contact me. As of 16.28 (Friday) no response from customer service and no desk. There is nothing positive about this company. This is the worse company I have dealt with in many years.
