    I email them that the cash back claiming when I placed order and they haven't to respond till today. My first cash back is so far so good and they charge me GBP10.00.     Use also their main company phoneboxdirect, great deals belive me, had loads of contracts all got cashback.

    Absolutely no contact when claiming. Conflicting information from customer services, resulting in Cool New Mobile claiming bill received too late, therefore invalidating entire cashback deal, which means no cashback at all! Will never use again.

    Would very happily had a worse cashback deal (as I have had with other companies) that will happily keep to their promises and even offer support in claiming correctly.     Really good cash-back deals available online with Cool New Mobile, but sketchy terms, hard to follow claim procedure. After an issue with a cash back claim, which ended up costing me £10 in admin fees, I took the time to write to mobile affiliates who own Cool New Mobile. Their response was ...
