No Problems for first year - but then again no claims!
Windscreen claim second year - over two years on and still not sorted! they don't respond to any emails, and costs £1 per minute to call. avoid!

It is easy to follow the cheapest but DONT. I would rather sell my own bodily parts than go with these. Big prob, they are internet only and they ARE internet only. This is the worst insurance company possilbe . they never take the money out on the same date and have the worst customer service i ahve ever come accross.

Please steer clear of this company. They are only an online company Mon- Fri 8 til 8. They do not return emails unless threatened by the ombudsman.
