  I wouldn't recommend Eclipse if you like doing anything other than general surfing and e-mail. I like Usenet, but I'm not a heavy downloader. I generally only download after midnight, but the speed doesn't really improve much. adslguide.org.uk is currently showing this ISP is on a downward sp ...

  Like all ISPs Eclipse offer 8M in big letters, up to in small. They are at the mercy of BT who don't say that 8M is really 7.2 observed and that anyway customers to any ISP are unlikely to get near that speed consistently.
