I have been with them over one year for phone and internet, and after BT (and it's call centres) they have to be considered good.
This is my third ISP and the best so far - see no reason to change.

Overall very unahappy and hope people think very carefully before joining Eclipse. Netgear router offered for £69.99 after being used for 10 months they say it is free when you join and to me free is free unless they warn you before you sign up which of course they do not!

I've only seen speeds of 500+kB/s very occasionally when using Eclipse Internet. A lot of the time the speeds aren't much better than dial-up, when using p2p even normal internet browsing and emails become unusable.
I upgraded from option 1 (£14.99 per month) to option 2 (£18.99 per mon ...

I currently have 6 separate Evolution 8mb lines running at different locations installed over the past 3 years. I have had 4 longish outages in total, one for a day down to BT, one for 2 days due to an internal office wiring and the rest down to Eclipse. I get 8mb speed indicated at each location.( ...

I am very disappointed that my trust and commitment to a local ISP was so stupid. OK, so it was bought out by another company, and it shows. Off I go to better deals.

I signed up with Eclipse in December 2006, had the broadband for two weeks couldnt get it to work properly, kept on cutting out and not being able to connect to the internet at all. Phoned their IT department to try and sort out the problems and in my opinion they were useless.

    Told them I was c ...

Eclipse Internet's broadband service is the worst I have experienced since broadband was first introduced. The laminated FAQ sheets their tech support copy from in their 'Support Tickets' told me all about contention and how only so many people can use the service before it slows, but it doesn't sto ...

I have been with Eclipse Internet for almost 12 months. I have had 5 months refunded after continuous poor connection speeds, often resulting in dial-up conditions (less than 54KBPS) - when the service is supposed to offer variable broadband speeds of up to 8Mb. In practice that is not achievable ...

I have had Eclipse for about a year and a half now. As a whole I find it provides all I want! I am a moderate user and have the £14.99 a month package. Which I find is great value for money. I used to have Tiscali and changed because of there appalling help lines. When will we get our Call cen ...

I've been with Eclipse for nearly 6 months and all I've had is trouble.
The promise was up to 8MB speed unlimited between 0:00 and 18:00. You did, however, have a limit of 20GB a month between 18:00 and 23:59.

Untrue. My bandwidth has been throttled continuously throughout the day normally bring ...
