    Didn't like anything. Was a problem from day 1 and didn't cease to be until I left some 2 months later (actually, it is still a problem even though I gave up on the service in January - as far as I am concerned, they still can't get their act together to send an accurate final bill).

    got eclipse broadband through a company called DST who i guess are eclipse resellers.-worst service ever , they throttle yr speeds 8 meg is more like dialup, so bad it not even worth writing about.

    No problems so far, just always works. we have a VPN running on the 3 sites and don't get problems with the lines.
    In the first place they were very helpfull in sorting out problem with the line quality. They got hold of BT to sort out the line, and chased BT to get the work done.

    Obviously I had to have the dreaded 12 month contract with Eclipse Internet. If all providers are as good as there promises why don't they offer 1 month contracts? Speed at times was as slow as dial up (honestly) customer service was unhelpful and not very knowledgeable. Just poor service stay away.

    When I joined in 2006 they were good but now I am very disappointed. Eclipse appear to be running some very heavy-handed torrent and p2p blocking technology which in my experience will not let you connect to chat or game servers either, or many other things.     It takes time, due to speed and support. In my opnion they are not aware that their speed ect is down to them and end by saying its the best they can do. I thought I was going to recieve repayments for the service I receieved and so on.

    No ISP will ever give you max 8MG!

    Eclipse Broadband download speeds for me have been terrible! As for Pipex, best dial up ISP in my opinion, I used them for years without any problems what so ever, never had to contact them at all!

    If I hadn't switched to Cable, I'd be with them today! ...

    This happens even on the old 512k accounts which claim not to have any bandwidth shaping. The t&c have been changed without any warning and are now impossible to find on the website.
