    They must be the biggest load of wasters on the planet in my opinion. I made the mistake of signing up for a one year contract. Big mistake. It took ages to get them to stop charging me even after I had switched to a much better ISP. Lots of excuses No action.

    Eclipse Interne works sometimes
    Slow, disconnects frequently, doesn't always like to load pages. Customer service, in my experience is awful, staff on the other end of the phone weren't very helpful (with the exception of one man). I wouldn't suggest Eclipse to anyone. All in all, very disappoint ...

    Eclipse internet has changed the fair usage- now between 9.00am-11.00pmI cannot see the fairness in that, best speed I ever got off them was 3mb30 days cancel notice, they debited over payment of 3 days.

    Firstly, customer service is a strictly 9 to 5 outfit, so if you have a job you can give up any ideas about ever being able to call them up if a problem should arise I feel.     Speed can be low at times. I used to run BT business broadband and the speeds were great. I downgraded to a home package and changed to Eclipse based on a recommendation from a friend. I am downloading at an average of 30Kb/sec!!!

    Good service, never been a problem though the speed isn't as good as it should be. Always works, has never disconnected in the 10 months we have had it.No problems so far.
