The salesman was two hours late for the consultation, despite having requested that my finance rush home from work so that they could give a quote for both of us (apparently a legal requirement). No apologies offered, salesman was inexperienced and arrived without his supervisor who took another 30 ...

Company uses what I would call poor selling techniques.
Once in our house, we struggled to get rid of the rep for hours they will not take "no" for an answer.

We wanted 7 windows and 2 doors and where quoted a staggering £16,000! 10 minutes later he said we could have them for £10,000 then £8,500 and finally £6,500.
A massive £10,000 discount! We thought this was rather strange and therefore decided not to go with Zenith Stay ...

We could have got our conservatory for less than 50% of the price we paid Zenith, but decided to pay the extra to go with a reputable and large company. What a mistake. If I could possibly afford it, I would pay someone to rip the Zenith conservatory off of the back of my house and dump it outside ...
