I won't bore I with the whole story just the main things to look at:-
    1. Regardless of whether you're on the free 30 day trial, or I forgot to cancel and they debit my bank account, I CANNOT find how to read their terms and conditions UNLESS I first disclose ALL my own personal information. If I pul ...

My Experian credit check was full of and inaccuracies and it doesn't help when the economy is on the rocks. Most of the credit report agencys are worthless and trouble makers it's actually made it worser. Just be careful what you do with you're own details.

I recently applied for a UK credit card. The bank refused my application but suggested that if I sent them bank statements/proof of earnings they would re-consider my application. I was informed that the bank used Experian to check my credit status, and they suggested that I should contact them and ...

Why would Experian score me at 644, giving 2 stars and categorising me as high risk, but Equifax and Callcredit score me at 920, giving 5 stars and categorising me as excellent? Only Equifax contained ALL the correct information. Why is Experian called a public report, and why do landlords and emplo ...

Having seen the TV advert for this I thought I would take up the offer out of curiosity. I imagine many people have done this. However having looked just the once, I wasn't interested in signing up as a customer as there was no need. What I didn't know was that YOU had to cancel so as not to automat ...

I get the impression that the service Experian offered is feeding off identity theft paranoia, but the service provided is not as complete as their marketing would imply. The missing information from the report makes one wonder how reliable the reports are.

My experience only covers the statutory £2 report. I received a prompt response to my internet enquiry. There was prompt response to my corrections and the overall impression I received was of a friendly and efficient outfit. A more responsive organisation than competitors.

I was sent an e-mail from credit expert offering me a 30-day free subscription for an online report. I never received the report or any confirmation it was on its way. I e-mailed them a week or so later to cancel the service. I didn't receive any confirmation but assumed it had been cancelled and th ...
