My Experian credit check was full of and inaccuracies and it doesn't help when the economy is on the rocks. Most of the credit report agencys are worthless and trouble makers it's actually made it worser. Just be careful what you do with you're own details.

Why would Experian score me at 644, giving 2 stars and categorising me as high risk, but Equifax and Callcredit score me at 920, giving 5 stars and categorising me as excellent? Only Equifax contained ALL the correct information. Why is Experian called a public report, and why do landlords and emplo ...

However having looked just the once, I wasn't interested in signing up as a customer as there was no need. What I didn't know was that YOU had to cancel so as not to automat ...

I get the impression that the service Experian offered is feeding off identity theft paranoia, but the service provided is not as complete as their marketing would imply. The missing information from the report makes one wonder how reliable the reports are.

My experience only covers the statutory £2 report. I received a prompt response to my internet enquiry. There was prompt response to my corrections and the overall impression I received was of a friendly and efficient outfit. A more responsive organisation than competitors.
