I've never used this courier before but paid for an item to be delivered next business day. Very poor communication; actually no communication. When you have the nerve to complain, ANC Courier Service are extremely unfriendly in their tone. They would not give me a customer service number. I was advised if I wanted to complain, then I had to write to the woman who I was speaking to!

I am most displeased with this company, as not only did they fail to deliver an item to me, they queried my address, which is a joke, as I live in London, and the postcode is for my building and my building alone. I have been using the Scunthorpe depot for a few years, and they have always serviced me well and kept me updated on the status of my delivery. I believe the comment about this depot may have been a customer with a bad taste in his/her mouth about their supplier.
