Air Canada. Courteous crew. Comfortable aircraft - lots of leg room. Embraer 190 is an exceptionally quiet aircraft. .

Unreliable flights, long waits on the phone after flight cancellations. Poor or no food. Uncomfortable seats, dirty smelly aircraft. Greyhound are probably faster and I know are more reliable than this airline.

Good points, uhh...I would say entertainment system... lots of choices on movies, except for the fact that it didn't work. Will never fly with them again. Took 5 days to get my bag to me while on vacation. I couldn't get a hold of them via the phone or web. The phone was always busy and when I finally got through the voicemail box was full. I couldn't even update my info on the web because the baggage site was down. The baggage staff are rude and dism ...

In my experience Air Canada has miserable staff. Surly attitudes toward customers. Frequent delays and loss of baggage. Planes getting old and dirty. Over priced tickets and surcharges on top of surcharges as a big problem. There is no excuse for any staff to treat customers poorly.

Lost luggage, again!! Why? They don't know why. 4 days and counting, no Christmas presents for my family again! Next time I'll take the bus or train. I hope never have to fly Air Canada again.

Catering is OK. Flights in my experience never on time, cancellations without reason, rude clerks, did not help when there was a problem (e.g. overbooked...you pay for the hotel, you pay for food...even if THEY made the mistake)
