On New Years Day of 2006, my friends and I boarded Air Canada from Montreal to Toronto in return to California. Due to the fact that we boarded 5 minutes prior to take off because of Air Canada's 1-hour delay from Montreal to Toronto, we were left with 58 minutes to re-claim our baggages, check it t ...

We were fated to arrive at Toronto on 2nd August, the day of the Air France crash. We were diverted to Ottawa and were kept on the runway for 7 hours while BA tucked their customers up in hotels for the night. We were given no food, no telephone access and no information. We were finally bussed to t ...

I traveled with Zoom airways to Calgary on 17th September 2005. Well at Glasgow Zoom could not get the plane started. We were an hour behind schedule. Well I was praying that some miracle would happen as I had a connection flight with central Mountain air flights that is run by Air Canada. My connec ...

I've flown four times on Air Canada. On THREE OUT OF FOUR the flights were so late that I missed my connection. In one case I had to stay overnight in Toronto as a result (they refused to pay for the room).

Although Air Canada is *allegedly* a member of Star Alliance, NONE of my flights were ever ...

I travelled on first class with Air Canada (they don't have business class on AC) from Boston to Hong Kong and from Beijing to Boston. Boston to Toronto was on a new A319, was a short flight and not much to say about it, and though economy seats are a little crammed.

    The Toronto - Hong Kong (15hr ...

I have flown into and out of 22 international (non-US) airports and Toronto rates at the bottom, without question. Air Canada was late arriving from LAX and we almost missed our connection to Dublin. The Canadian officals along with unnecessary red tape for transit passangers and the thoughtless l ...

The flight with Air Canada, outbound from Heathrow to Vancouver was enjoyable even tho it was pretty full. The new timing of the flight is good as you get to Vancouver in the morning. The entertainment and single "big screen" on the 767 is a let down now that many airlines offer personal video s ...

We`have just returned from a return flight from Heathrow to Calgary and have nothing but praise for the Air Canada and its staff. We travelled in economy with 3 children and were looked after far better than any other airlines I have flown with, including so called 4 and 5 star airlines! Both fli ...

After a very quick check-in, I had to walk what seemed miles to board the Air Canada aircraft. I was surprised at how comfortable the seats were - this almost made up for the dull, grey interior of the plane. Take-off was delayed - the luggage door wouldn't shut. After we eventually departed, it ...

I had purchased a ticket from Delhi to Boston via Toronto from an Authorized Air Canada Travel Agent. I hold a valid visa to the United States. I arrived at the Canadian Airlines counter at the Indira Gandhi Airport, Delhi ready to go on the night of 5th June. I was startled and surprised when the C ...
