Booking the delivery and insuring was easy. However, after paying, you are sent a document explaining their procedures. It tells you they don't accept parcels wrapped in brown paper. When I rang, they said it has to be in a box. That is no problem, but should be stated before you give them the weight and dimensions for the price. Placing it in a box changed them. “Paid for next day service parcel arrived 4 days late.”

We paid for a next day service and the parcel arrived 4 days late. When speaking to Interparcel at the time they refused to correct their mistake, saying that I should pay £17 extra for it to be delivered the next day after collection, which was going to be a day late as it was. I had never used any service except Royal mail. However as Royal mail have lost countless postal items I have sent to family & friends & charge extortionate prices I thought I'd look elsewhere when I sold several pairs of shoes online. Sent a parcel containing a valuable watch, that their courier lost. Insured it for the full value, but Interparcel got out of paying the full compensation by quoting a clause in their terms that is hidden away and not easy to find. Beware. “Interparcel cannot be trusted”

Interparcel does not admit mistakes and make no effort to correct mistakes either. My parcel has never been delivered but it was instead returned. They claim that I have refused the parcel. Why on earth would I order something, pay for the delivery and then refuse it? My order number was 9904754. They probably went to the wrong address and got refused. Bad Service - Grrrrrr - A guest left her car keys and so we sent them on a 24hr courier service to Germany. I took the trouble to phone and check the keys would arrive within one day. It took 3 days, after constant helpdesk chats and telehone calls, and when I asked for a refund apparently we weren't supposed to send keys! “Beware of deceitful and underhanded fees post-delivery!!”

After packing, weighing and measuring my parcel I booked a collection with Interparcel on the 7th May 2014 for collection on the 8th and delivery on the 9th. It was duly delivered on the 9th May. Then on the 15th May - a week after the collection date I received an email from a Revenue Protection Controller for Interparcel stating that UPS had measured my parcel and found it to be longer than I declared. “No Support if shipment is delayed”

Interparcel is fine if the shipment goes ok. I have used them a number of times. But as soon as there is a problem their customer service is non existent. They promise to 'look into it' which seems to mean 'ignore it and hope it sorts itself out'. As they are the suppliers to the couriers you cannot chase the parcel direct, so you're in their hands. I booked a next day delivery with Interparcel with a on a Sunday, collection date Monday and delivery by 6pm Tuesday. The Courier did not turn up. On contacting them via webchat - to avoid the premium rate phone line - the attitude was really uninterested. I left a message by e mail and on Facebook but have not had a reply. “Beware their TNT Saturday delivery premiums”

I placed an order on a Friday for a TNT Saturday delivery service with Interparcel and paid the necessary premium. It didn't arrive on the Saturday or the Monday either but delivery was attempted on the Tuesday which was by then much too late for the recipient and they refused it. After 3 weeks of reminders, Interparcel have told me that Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed and have refused any refund on the delivery charge. I booked a next day parcel which i needed to be there by the next day and interparcel did not bother to collect after waiting all day for them.
