Hi I just wanted to share my opinion of Interparcel, this is only my opinion but it is based upon my experience - I arranged to send a parcel to Sweden, I entered my email address and phone number in case of issue. “Dreadful service, have lost my package”

I wish that I had booked directly with a courier firm. I didnt appreciate Interparcel was a broker. My exam papers for 12 people have been lost. A whole years work from 12 unemployed people who desperately want to pass their exam ... Totally unacceptable, my package is still missing 5 days after collection and I have been told it will take 8 days to investigate. “Regret not booking directly with the courier”

Paid for the 1 to 4 business day service. They took 2 weeks to deliver. There was no notification on the documents I received or on their website that there was a cut off date for christmas for the service I was selecting. I complained and requested refund for the shipping (since their courier should be reimbursing them for the failure to deliver on time). No meaningful apology or refund. I needed to send an insured 6kg parcel to Belgium at the start of the busy Christmas period. The insurance was cheaper than many other carriers. I chose UPS via Interparcel. The parcel was picked up from my house in the early afternoon having booked it less than 2 hours earlier. “The worst company I have dealt with”

I booked for a someday collect, next day delivery service via them however, my customer did not receive the parcel after four days! I have tried to chase them with a horrible customer support and on the fifth day, they confirm the delivery of the parcel. I demanded a compensation because I never received the service I paid for but even though, they refused to act. I got only cold sorry reply. Waste of time and money. My parcel has been lost in the system and that's is in itself a very upsetting experience...worst still is the attitude you are presented with companies like Interparcel: a complete and uncompromising attitude, small prints and pitiful delaying tactics. “Three collections and three damages - very poor”

We were given the spiel about how they look after parcels and can ship cakes cos they're so good but it's a sham. We had 3 days of collections from them and they managed to damage items every day that they picked up, and these weren't just knocks, these were "dropped from a great height before being kicked across a room and ran over" damages. They don't have a clue. I have a parcel that has not been collected 5 times and all I get are excuses. We will raise it with XXX (redacted) is all they say. “Bully boys”

I used Interparcel to send an item which they managed to damage, make five missed return deliveries and then eventually lost. So I took them to court, they employed solicitors who called me an embarrassment, frivolous and a mischief maker. They also threatened to claim their 'reasonable' legal fees back if I didn't achieve judgment. Probs because they use UPS round here but everything i've sent that was UK bound has been delivered by the next day and i've sent 206 items so far. Sure there's been one or two that haven't made it one piece but that's the same for all shipping companys and the couple of times i've made a claim the money was in my account around 28 days later. I always use comparcel.com to search for a broker with the best mix of price and courier with local drop off. Interparcel almost always comes up trumps. My local drop off couriers are MyHermes (not for electronic items), ParcelForce and UPS with great service from all of them. Not only did they loose my £300 parcel, they then tried to get out it by saying it was never collected! I had to pay £80 for CCTV to prove they had, they then swore I would get my insurance claim within 28 days if not sooner, 35 later im still waiting for it. I booked the 'Drop-off' service after purchasing something on ebay. The Interparcel website showed quite clearly that the seller could drop off at nearby Coventry branch of Parcelforce (who were subcontracted by Interparcel). The seller duly went along only to find out that Parcelforce no longer operate there, he was rightly furious at the wasted journey. I've used for a while...things were ok until they lost a parcel. The Customer Service department is reasonable but the claims department isn't - you hit a brick wall where they make their own rules (which aren't even publicized in their site) and basically they decided what they'll refund you if they lose a parcel... “Failed to deliver... use another provider”

Ordered and paid for a "next day by 12" service. A week later I asked the recipient when they would refund me for the returned goods. They had never received them. Turns out they hadn't been delivered and were sitting in the courier's depot for a week. Asked Interparcel for a refund on the basis that they hadn't delivered the service I had paid for.
