Vodafone has a reliable network but amongst the 3 mobile phone providers, Vodafone is far from being the best. Most of their phones are Vodafone customized with different menus and functions which aren't always great. Average customer service, up to 30-35 minutes waiting time even out of peak hours ...

I would recommend Vodafone as they offer customer service help online that I have not seen any other network that offers that service, plus they have a very good 3g service.

During my 12 month contract with Vodafone I had no problems with the service and had no need to contact.

Try leaving at the end of the contract and you meet serious problems, first getting an answer on 191, they are always busy, you are lucky if you get an answer within 20 minutes of hanging on lis ...

SOmetimes, Vodaphone customer service can be patronising especially if you are locked in for 12 months all they say after this comment is, "Is there anything else I can help you with" even though your problems has not been resolved so be careful the customer does not seem to come first with them.
