Customer service was always ok to me. But then I believe in being pleasant to whomever I get on the phone, maybe not everyone takes that approach. Vodafone were fine until I signed the contract. 2 weeks of constant calling to get my number transferred from my old provider, now 5 months into my contact still calling on a daily basis to get my online account access sorted. Will definitely not be renewing my contact.
