What can i say what a joke of a company Vodafone customer service is the worst i have ever encountered they keep you on hold are rude or cut you off.I have got a recent upgrade it went wrong was repaired two weeks later hey ho same problem the phone is only two and half months old customer services ...

I have been with vodafone for 2 years but have now changed to 02. Vodafone have been a very poor network, unhelpful customer services and there tariffs are not good.

I've been with Vodafone since 1998. In that time I truly can't think of one problem I've encountered with this network. Had a Vodafone mobile then unlocked it, yet it still doesn't let me do loads of things like downloading software, they just want me to buying from them.

Vodafone is the worst mobile phone company! Their customer service is horrible. I was waiting on the line for 30min to cancel and the man was extremely rude! I wouldn't recommend vodafone to anyone! Their signal coverage is also poor!

Its easy to top up pay as you go on your phone or on line with Vodafone! I'm fed up with trying I don't always want to get a voucher, plus I can do it from home. Dont't advertise its easy when clearly its not !
