Vodafone have very good coverage, are reasonably cheap and have good international coverage.

However, be warned, should you ever fail to respond to a query from them, they may cut you off without further warning. On 18 March they texted me to ask me to confirm my address. I was overseas so coul ...

Vodafone is a great network if you use your phone a lot and want to use it anywhere. It has great signal and the service if you have any problems is second to none. Not like the rude and arrogant 02 people. I'm sure it's just that I haven't set my phone up correctly but my gprs doesn't work, even th ...

If you don't want to throw your money out of the window, then don't even think of Vodafone as your mobile phone network. After they take your money and give nothing in return, the trouble you have to go through in order to straighten things out is unbearable. That's what happened with me when I upda ...

    I connected to vodafone (3G) after problems with network 3. I puchased a Sony V800 to anytime 100 @ £22.00 per month.
The aftercare from customer services has been excellent. The on-line services are excellent allowing me to manage my account from my laptop in my own time!
    My experience wit ...

Having been with Vodafone as a PAYG customer for a few years I decided to go onto a monthly tariff and chose Vodafone/Singlepoint again because of the deal advertised on the internet with 6,000 free Nectar points. I have had the phone about 5 months now and still haven't received the free nectar po ...

I don't know whether it's the network or my phone (Sharp GX10i) but I have terrible reception in Bedfordshire. I complained to customer services in the first month and was told that my phone was fine and that there was good network reception in my area. When I replied that this was not the case (aft ...

Vodafone mobile phones are locked into vodaphone network and log onto wap, internet, gprs automatically by remote self dialing online if the unit is switched on and you cannot reject this. If you're writing a text it deletes your text and goes to voicemail inbox automatically and cuts off a voice ca ...

Vodafone have good reception coverage and good tarifs offered.
Once they've got you they don't want to know you however. Very poor customer service and if you pick the wrong tariff for you they can also be very expensive.

I have been with Vodafone for about 12 years, and have generally been very happy with them....until now!
They have always been a little dearing than most other networks, for instance 12p per text where most others are 10p.
I have just ordered a Sony Ericcson K700i because I liked the look (and the ...

I have been with O2 and Orange in the past. O2...just don't. Orange are fine, but reception-wise got to give it to Vodafone. Er, that's the phone's main function, right?
