I ...

Vodafone has let me down. I'm looking for another provider that gives great value for money and interlinks with international companies and their networks. Otherwise will just ditch my mobile and use my work provided issue for personal use and also invest in setting up Skype on my computer - free.

Vodafone sold me a mobile phone with a number that received repeated calls from debt collectors after the previous owner. As a bonus I also got half a dozen text messages a month from a company called The Mob that the previous owner had signed up for, attempting to entice me to call a premium rate n ...

I initially took out my first contract phone when I was 18 with Vodafone. I had the phone 6 months with an average monthly bill of £250. After the first months bill I called the customer service and requested that a block be placed on my mobile once my future bills had reached £150 so t ...

No matter what deal another network offered I would never leave Vodafone after at least 14 years of doing business with them.
I have never had reason to complain about Vodafone. I was once, a long time ago, paying someone else's bill as well as my own, which was mainly their fault, but also partl ...
