Redfern Eurosteam irons through many thicknesses. I take it to my drapes and press them too! It is the best iron I have ever had. It does things in way less time. If you like the shot of steam on a regular iron, this is full-time shot of steam! Would never have another regular iron. Steam doesn't l ...

I packaged it and sent it in for repairs along with the check for return postage as instructed in the warranty. The check was immediately cashed and I still have not received a repaired iron nor any satisfaction. I have been engaged in letter writing, e-mails, etc...to no avail......Getting someon ...

I am having trouble getting customer service to respond to my recent request for assistance after three tries. They responded okay to my first request when the unit was shipped back for service. When I reported the problem with steam escaping, I was told to replace the rubber ring on the cap. Since ...

Overall I've had my Euro Steam for a few years now and I feel it is the best iron out there, especially if you do any sewing or quilting. I've saved a lot of money on the dry cleaners.

I have called customer service 3 times regarding my Euro Steam Iron, and they have not returned my call once. I am on the verge of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This product is not a good buy because of their lack of service and the quality of the product itself. If RedFern would ...

Spent $200 on this iron and the back broke off through no misuse on my part. Cannot get anyone to respond to my inquiries. And quite frankly, even if I did, me having to pay shipping and receiving to have it repaired, in less than a year of use, seems pretty unfair to me.

I bought Rowenta. Simlar, lighter, less expensive. A far better choice.

I picked mine up at a quilting show. My husband thought I was crazy to have spent that kind of money. He irons his own clothes. ( he irons better than me) Now he loves it and he even told me that when we get company ( you get a lot of company when you live in Florida) that we needed to hide it and ...

A bit pricey but so far, my favorite iron and I've had a few expensive ones.
