    I love this Redfern iron and would recommend it to anyone who dislikes ironing. It very easy to use and after doing all my jeans and pants myself now, I can say I'm a good ironer now!

    I love my Redfern steam iron, would never want to go back to conventional iron. I hate ironing but don't mind with the eurosteam. Also, it makes sewing so much easier. Love the fact that you can steam upright as well.

    I have had this Redfern Eurosteam iron for two years and wouldn't consider buying any other kind. It makes ironing fast and worry free!

    It is really too bad that when you try to get help from customer service there is no response, what ever happened to customer service. I paid for a product and can not seem to have anyone return my questions.

    I have ironed all my life and this Redfern is the very best household iron I have ever owned. Thank you for the Eurosteam!

    Basically thing thing works, and if you have issues called them and they will give you a return number to ship it to them for repair. The will send it back when fixed all postage paid. My iron is working fine, had it since October 2007.

    Good value for the money. I purchased at a Home Show in Orlando. Wish I had this iron 25 years ago when I was pressing military creases every week!

    First iron I purchased in Nov. 2007. Took several tries to finally get customer service to return my telephone calls as the iron was making "sizzling" sounds--perhaps it was leaking water. I don't know. They replaced the iron for me in Jan.2008. Now, the steam button sticks and will not shut off ...

    Overall, I am very pleased with the Eurosteam iron; although, this is my first time. If I run into any problems, I will come back to the site and let you know.
