I've cleaned my Redfern Eurosteam out with vinegar and water several times, but it hasn't helped. I guess it's okay if you only iron black garments. The steamer button gets stuck on occasion and constantly shoots out steam until it runs out of water. I purchased the iron 3 years ago at a Home Sh ...

I purchased this iron almost 1 year ago at an expo. The demonstration was great. But they omitted some very important information I feel. I was told that the steam would last for a hour or more. It lasts for a couple of shirts or if you are a quilter, about 15 minutes. You can't tell how much water ...

My Redfern Eurosteam iron is broken I bought it last summer, not worth the money spent. It runs out of steam after two garments, no gauge to let you know how much water is left in the iron. I hope I can get it repaired for what it is worth, I will not buy another one.

The iron has constant stream of steam released from standing position, and even though I did replace the O ring and tightened very well after cleaning. The iron made a loud exploding noise and spurt steam from the top fill area. This will be the second time returning it for a replacement. I tried to ...

For me the Redfern Eurosteam was NOT worth the money. Get a Rowenta for half the price, replace it once a year and you will be much happier. I've been reading the reviews and seems all over same issues plus poor customer service. Buyers beware!

I bought this iron Nov 2007. I am sending it back again today for the fourth time. It has been replaced twice for a sticking valve that makes it steam continuously, but won't stop until it runs out of water. The next time it stopped working, it was the thermostat. The iron was barely warm. It was r ...

This iron is worth every cent. My arm gets very tired when I do the projection steam . But I love the weight of the iron when I use my ironing board. Using the steam and iron, I have wicked-mad creases on my slacks and shirt sleeves! It takes a very long time for the iron to cool down, even after ...

With the Redfern Eurosteam I can iron my jeans and silks all on the same temp! Also, if I accidentally put a crease where I don't want one, it comes out easily!

We owned this Eurosteam iron for two months before the steam button stuck and were getting continuous steaming. I too had a tough time getting the RA number required for repair calling the # in Canada (but we live in the US). Finally after 5 calls and playing tag I got the RA #. I boxed it up and se ...
