I'm a quilter and this Redfern Eurosteam is my dream iron. I saw the demo at the Houston International Quilt Festival and bought it. It was a pricey item, but it looked like it was a fabulous product. Now I've used it for 6 months -- WOW!

Overall I LOVE this Redfern Eurosteam iron. The one drawback is the frequency needed to fill the water boiler. When filled I can do about 2-1/2 men's short sleeve shirts on "disconinuous" steam before needing to refill. Takes much less time and effort (pressure) to do ironing than with regular s ...

I am disappointed with the Redfern Euro-steam. I feel it was a waste of my hard earned money. I have to keep refilling the steam constantly as it runs steam when standing on its end and also it spits and drools. A fill up of water only lasts about 4 quilting seams- what's that all about?

When my Redfern Eurosteam did work - it did a nice job. I do not recommend buying this iron. Mine did not last 3 months. Popped and spitted - was extremely afraid to use it. Customer service is very poor. Every previous bad comment submitted is exactly what happened to mine. I threw it into ...

The Redfern Eurosteam does a great job with out having to use starch and it saves time - lots of time. I've had the iron for a couple of year now and I love it. I can't even think of replacing it with something else. But the customer service I get from Red Fern's Las Vegas not as good as the se ...

Six years ago, my friend and I each bought a Eurosteam iron at the home show in Edmonton. We both think it is one of the best investments we have ever made. My cats knocked my iron off of a 10 foot high shelf onto the porcelain tile floor and broke the corner of the flat plate off but even so, it ...

The Redfern Eurosteam steam iron works pretty well, a little too tempermental. Iron works pretty good but am having problem with the cord. Bad customer service.

I've found customer service to be quite helpful, they cleared up a few things for me and I got my Redfern Eurosteam working just as good as they demonstrated at the show. The new Evolution model is a godsend! no more knobs or anything, just flick it on and kiss the wrinkles goodbye!

I love this Redfern Eurosteam iron, and I'm a man! I iron my own shirts, and love the fact that you can leave this iron down, and it doesn't get too hot. The steam does the work. I keep the dial on no-steam, then release the steam with the button on top - this way the steam lasts through 6-7 long ...
