I own the Redfern Eurostream Evolution Model 6399. If you want to avoid most the problems noted above, keep this in mind. DO NOT OVERFILL the iron. See product manual for refilling instructions. DO NOT USE CONTINUOUS STEAM, except for special purposes, like steaming a curtain. REMOVE SCALING every f ...

The Redfern Eurosteam iron NEVER worked. It would puff a little steam, but not enough to iron anything. When I finally returned it according to the instructions on the warranty, the iron "disappeared". Apparently, they hadn't been at that location for at least 3 years.....and now it was MY FAULT ...

I purchased a Redfern Eurosteam 2 years ago at a home show. I have had it replaced 3 times. I would NEVER recommend this iron to anyone. I can iron about 6 pieces (t-shirts) before I have to refill with water. With each refill of water it takes anywhere between 8 and 15 minutes to reheat. I spend ...

This iron is not worth the $200 that I was charged for this iron. The water housing is far too small. You can only iron 4-5 pieces and then you have to shut it off to refill, wait for five minutes before you can begin ironing again. Give me a Rowenta any day over this excessively priced iron.

Please save you money unless you have money to burn.
Redfern Eurosteam does not do more then three items per water refill. What a waste of time and money. NO REFUND policy so you are stuck with a iron of very limited use.

I bought this Redfern Eurosteam iron for quilting and it worked fine for about one to two months. Then it began to leak steam all the time. After I fill the tank it just sits and hisses out steam until the tank is empty. I have tightened the steam adjust but it still leaks steam. Not terrible happy ...

I have used my Eurosteam iron for over 3 years now and absolutely love it! It never burns or sticks with any fabric and does a professional looking job.

In response to those who have spitting and too much steam problems - don't overfill the tank - that makes it spit. Also, turn off the constant s ...

Really regret getting this expensive iron! My Redfern Eurosteam worked fine for lst month and then started spitting and drooling water/steam! Stained some fabrics! Also seems like you have to refill every 5 minutes! Total waste of money!

I'm a quilter and this Redfern Eurosteam is my dream iron. I saw the demo at the Houston International Quilt Festival and bought it. It was a pricey item, but it looked like it was a fabulous product. Now I've used it for 6 months -- WOW!
