I gave my card details to them when my daughter broke down at the petrol station. This was in case she had a) run out of fuel or b) put wrong fuel in. Of no help when broke down in France - unhelpful on phone despite highlighting to them a member of our party was disabled. Out of pocket by £500 in end.

A good service for me, because I did not need it. Took out policy last year for two vehicles and luckily did not need the service. Tried to renew this year for same two vehicles, but they quoted £115 just for my van because I use it for business, so I will be going elsewhere.

Not impressed with service from First Call. After a breakdown/accident in France, was told not able to provide recovery.
On checking the policy details, accidents are described as covered. WILL NOT BE RENEWING!

Car broke down and cost of repairs was more than the car was worth so had no option but to scrap it. Then discovered that first call would pay for nothing and sent me a bill for the towing, car hire etc.
Not impressed.

It is ok for some of the people leaving good reviews, you are lucky.
