First Call GB Ltd have cheap & cheerful prices. You pay for what you get. I had to call them for an seriously over revving engine. Oil was all over the engine bay. When I broke down and spoke to First Call GB Ltd on the phone they said they would send a mechanic. He arrived within 45 minutes but only in a tow truck. He didn't even try and fix the car stating that the info I said over the phone sounded like it needed to be towed. He just towed me home. Poor ser ...

First Call do not provide the service they say they offer. They say they give an hours roadside assistance but when our car wouldn't start they just sent a tow truck. It was late, and needed to get home, so had to fork out £140 to get towed. When my mechanic looked at the car the next morning ...

Mechanic that came out to my car was very friendly, was a separate company to First Call GB
I found the staff to be very rude on the phone. Threatened to cancel policy at 11.30 pm when I had broken down in the middle of know where.

First Call did not seem interested in trying to solve the problem or come up with alternative solutions. Very off-hand on the phone and very quick to say "Put your complaint in writing".

I've used First Call GB Ltd for 5 years now!

but buy the the top offer they do ( £50 give or a take a coupel of £'s ) chances are unless its flat battery they wont be able to fix it , but they will take you to your destination or take you home,
