I am most impressed with the quality of this product, and have to say that it looks far more expensive than it cost. After much research I think I got a great deal. The only down size is that communication between myself and the company was always initiated by me, I was assured a call back or email on numerous occasions and got nothing, instead having to chase them by phone. My purchase was made online and the product was in stock, indicating it would be delivered in between 3 to 5 days. I received my order nearly 3 weeks later. I have to say that when I did talk to staff on the phone they were courteous and helpful, but I would advise you keep on top of your order and maybe not wait for them to contact you.

Communication was very good with the company as well as with the delivery company who called to arrange a suitable time. The sofa arrived in good condition and I have to say we are very happy with the quality and look of it. Great product!

We ordered the Manchester corner daybed set and the Woburn 10 seater dining set at the end of May expecting delivery mid-June (as advertised. The worst customer service I have ever experienced! We had countless problems with mis-information by staff, promised call backs not received, failed deliveries, missing items, damaged items. I should say that all of our issues have now been rectified by FeatureDeco (some 4 months on) but the experience was time consuming and painful and I would never recommend anyone to buy from this company. Staff are unhelpful, unknowledgeable and often lie to get customers off their case. Furthermore, they take your money on day one and there is no real guarantee of when you'll receive the goods as they're being shipped over from Asia based on estimated orders. It's therefore hit & miss when your goods will actually arrive. We suffered financial losses from taking time off work to wait for deliveries that never came without so much as a phone call to let us know. FeatureDECO have a complete disregard for the impact that their terrible service has on their customers!!! Their professional looking website is extremely misleading! We love our furniture and get loads of comments on it but I refuse to give a recommendation, espaecially as other reviewers appear to have not even received their goods!

Fab service, extremely pleased with corner sofa, chair and coffee table. Quick delivery, friendly staff. Nothing to assemble, looks great in my garden. Quality product

We ordered a cube set from Feature Deco in the summer, when we called to ask some questions about the item the staff were generally unhelpful and lacked knowledge in the product. We decided to go ahead and although delayed arrived and we were fairly happy. We decided to order the matching storage box and were advised that it would be a month wait. That was back in May. We are still waiting. So far we have been given the excuses that it was no longer in stick, waiting for it to arrive, the boat traveling it had sunk (I joke you not!), it had been dispatched to us and delivered to the wrong address, damaged in transit etc etc. the staff have been as useful as chocolate tea pots, never calling us back or apologising for the fact that we are now 5 months after the date that it was confirmed. Even though we have written emails of conformation of delivery, still nothing. Even our emails to the managing director have gone unanswered. So they have our money and won't supply us the product. As the title says, SHOCKING.

Would recommend the furniture but feature deco really need to work on their customer care. I waited almost 2 weeks for someone to get back to me and by then the other item of furniture had sold out. The delivery firm were also awful and kicked the boxes and furniture into our drive and damaged some of the furniture...I haven't heard back from customer service regarding how they would remedy this.

Very satisfied with our purchase. Quality excellent and delivery was very quick. Perhaps the bolts on the coffe table could be slightly longer to make it easier to assemble

We ordered a 10 seater rattan set at the end of May with a lead time for mid-June. Received an email mid June saying that the item wasn't coming into stock until the end of June and that once the item was in it would be delivered in 4-7 days. End of June came and went still no contact so we chased around the start of July was told the item was now in and with the dispatch company who would contact us within 2 days!! Well after numerous phone calls and emails we are still being fobbed off being told the same thing and being promised a call back and guess what we are still waiting! Customer service is absolutely terrible, we ordered and payed in good faith, still have no furniture no date for delivery and still no one has even had the decency to even apologise for the terrible service. My advice would be to go somewhere else!

Our furniture came on time and was delivered very efficiently into our garden. It looks lovely in my conservatory and friends and family have all commented how good it looks and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great service, quick delivery time, was a bit worried in buying something I could not see in the shop, but the quality of the rattan square table 8 seater was great also the seating material was great quality and nice and comfy and lots of padding.

I approached Deco after been badly let down by Ratten Direct, with regard to the delivery of some patio furniture. I ordered a similar product from Deco , was notified of delivery date and time and true to their word everything was Delivered on time . I would recommend Deco to anyone, great service, great customer service .

I purchased a rattan garden sofa which I am very pleased with. The sofa arrived with no problems at all and it was easy to set up.. It has really finished off the garden and I would recommend you purchase it.

Brilliant quality corner sofa. Looks really expensive not like the cheaper flat weaves. Cushions are good quality fabric too. Delivered quickly on the day specified by a really helpful chap who helped set it out. We are now after more of the same set. Shame there is no cover available to purchase - with the UK weather this would be handy!

Ordered the Woburn Deluxe 10 seater dining set on 23 April 2014 with lead time end of May. Finally received the set on 25 June more than two months after money taken and after countless calls chasing them for updates. Not once did Feature Deco instigate any calls to me offering updates or apologies for delays. Very very poor service when spending £1200. There was a point during the last month when my husband doubted we would ever see the furniture. Too much hassle experienced to ever consider recommending to friends/family.
