Form teams and work together to bridge a river, learn to cook in the great outdoors, orienteer through a forest or possibly spend 4 hours shooting at each other with paintball guns - at the end of the day its up to you (... well your boss really but never mind) whatever you do you are pretty much guaranteed a good morale boosting, team building day out.
