    When I flew on the short Daily hop frequently operating from Manchester to London Heathrow I thought it was on time, pleasant and comfortable with good seating and very good legroom compared to charter flights

    Good points: generally great food, generous on drinks, seat space - especially on airbus,hot towels,generally good customer service (there's always that one though) and staff handled a difficult passenger well,

    This is the worst airline I have ever used...ever! I am furious that I can't even leave a more elaborate review because of the minimum space given. I have too much to say but I guess I will just have to sum it

    Have flown Easyjet few times before and thought would give another chance. Check in at Gatwick very quick & then hit enormous queue at departure gate with very irate member of staff - my partner & I just manage
