  I am in the Highlands and switched from Aol (Or AoHELL as I renamed them..) to 02 broadband in June. At first I was delighted. Local call centres, friendly operators, good connection, fast browsing etc.

  Customer service is absolutley appalling. Since renewing contract I have contacted TalkTalk on numerous occasions, been assured that problems with billing have been rectified ...... only to find they re-appear!

  my experience is identical to first reviewer. In using them for years, they go down frequently and when they do they don't even respond. Takes weeks without any forwarded email until magically it appears fixe
