Item: Marks and Spencer Factory Outlet
At Marks and Spencer Factory Outlet I experienced good customer service and very friendly staff. Clean floors and fitting rooms. Good lighting. Displays seemed dated and looked cheap. Slightly overfilled.

Slaters Menswear provides excellent customer service and good quality products at a reasonable price. Sounds like an advertising blurb but it is true.

Item: Jaeger
Trouser inside leg for many are at 33 inches only at Jaeger. Which means someone will need to be of approximately 5'10''to fit in. Others will require alterations, which is not very appealing. My suggestion

The items I looked at in the shop seemed damaged by the way they poorly put their security tag on the clothes. The staff I dealt with seemed rude to me. They do not offer a refund, voucher or credit note!

I buy nearly all my clothes from new look it's very rare I go in and come out with nothing, you can get some clothes that look the same at primark but I avoid them because they don't last 2 minutes that's why
