    Last Month I purchased diamond engagement ring for my daughters engagement ceremony..

    Bought a ring 10 mths ago, it broke so we took it back for repair to Oracle branch in Reading. They told ud it needed sending away for 4 weeks to thier head office to evaluate if it was a manufacturing fault or

    Bought a Baume & Mercier watch in May 2009 from Fraser Hart, Trafford Centre. August 2009, the minute hand fell off. Took it back, they said they would repair under guarantee etc, I drove in again to pick it up

    They don't have a shop, just a one room office. No stock to speak of to show customers. I got the impression that they just act as "middlemen" between customer and workshop as their knowledge of jewellery desig

    I have bought 3 x thomas sabo bracelets for memebrs of my family this year the charms on every bracelet purchased has broken completely or the clasps have opened slightly - I went into Fraser Hart at the Mall
