    Great phone lots of fun but screen cracked like many others I have heard about.
    Dont dispair but it will cost £30.....I just bought one.....comes complete with tools. kp 500 screen ( Lcd) and kp 501

    nt vry gd battrey life bulky and the camre is very overated an touchscreen is vry poor quality indeed speakers are okay but nothing compared to thee w995 for the price i wud nt recomend it

    i absoloutly hate it, touch screen is rubbish, battery was gone after a couple of hours and tthe new operating system freezes up every now and again !!
    warning! do not buy this phone it will just cause yo

    A very good phone, VERY reliable, hardly ever breaks down. Hardly ever complain about phone signal/reception. Comes with plenty of features. Good style too. Can go for quite a while on battery before recharging

    I bought my phone from Handtec in May. The screen is fantastic and I rarely have to reset it - a big improvement over older phones. Video streaming works a treat and the built in YouTube app is great. Sound

    this telephone is terrible. please do not purchase as it has been nothing but trouble from day 1. the phone turns itself off when it feels like a break and freezes when you multi-delete anything more than 2 msg

    awesome!!!!! quite bulky battery life not brilliant and touch screen doesnt respond so well at times but its features definetly make up for it, the camera is truly amazing and sound quality kicks ass!!! i would

    i got the soul just under a year ago and i loved it but have just had to get rid of it as the touch pad kept freezing and would only work sometimes, also the batterey life was awful, was quiet sad when it stopp

    Great buying experience from MOBILES.CO.UK, straightforward ordering experience and prompt delivery. Very good phoe, excellent design and familiar Nokia Menu alll helps.

    Attracts smear marks though,
